Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Director to lead the enterprise-wide deployment of the ELEVATE Global Template and SAP S/4HANA implementation in the United States. You will oversee global standards adoption, align local regulatory and operational needs, and drive readiness, testing, and go-live activities.

The role requires extensive ERP deployment experience, especially with SAP S/4HANA, and a track record in pharma/regulated industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, business informatics, IT management, industrial engineering or comparable field.
• 12+ years of experience in ERP delivery, deployment management or transformation leadership within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA or large SAP ERP rollouts, ideally multi-country/multi-site.
• Familiarity with GxP, validation, quality gates and audit expectations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end deployment of SAP S/4HANA and ELEVATE program solutions across assigned countries and deployment waves.
• Translate the Global Template into scalable deployment strategies balancing global standardization with local requirements.
• Establish and lead deployment governance frameworks ensuring consistent execution across global deployments.
• Drive organizational readiness and adoption through training, communication, risk mitigation, and contingency planning.
• Oversee data migration, testing, cutover, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
