Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Director to lead the enterprise-wide deployment of the ELEVATE Global Template as part of the SAP S/4HANA implementation in the US. You will drive strategy, governance, and regional readiness to ensure successful rollout across regions and business units.

You will collaborate with global leaders, IT, validation, Change Management, and partners to ensure standardization while addressing local regulatory and operational needs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years ERP deployment or transformation leadership.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA rollout in multi-country contexts.
• Pharma/Life Science or regulated industry experience preferred.
• English proficiency; willingness to travel internationally 35%.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end deployment of SAP S/4HANA and ELEVATE solutions across countries and deployment waves.
• Translate Global Template into scalable deployment strategies balancing standardization with local requirements.
• Establish and lead deployment governance frameworks with decision structures and readiness assessments.
• Drive organizational readiness and adoption strategies with regional and local resources and effective training.
• Provide cross-functional leadership to ensure alignment, execution excellence, and deployment milestones.
• Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness reviews.
• Lead cutover planning and execution with clear accountability and go/no-go decisions.
• Provide executive leadership during hypercare and stabilization phases.
• Identify and manage deployment risks and issues with clear reporting to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement of deployment methodologies and tools.
