Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Director, Country Deployment Lead USA to drive the enterprise-wide deployment of the ELEVATE Global Template as part of the US SAP S/4HANA initiative. You will lead global and country teams, ensuring alignment with regulatory and operational requirements while delivering standardized processes, systems, and operating models.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, business informatics, IT management, industrial engineering or comparable field; master's degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in ERP delivery, deployment management or transformation leadership; senior global scope preferred.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or large SAP ERP rollouts, multi-country / multi-site experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end deployment of SAP S/4HANA and ELEVATE across countries and waves, from planning to go-live and support.
• Translate Global Template into deployment strategies balancing global standards with local requirements.
• Establish deployment governance frameworks with accountability and quality controls.
• Drive organizational readiness and adoption across regional resources and training.
• Provide cross-functional leadership across Local Process Owners, IT, Validation, Data Migration, Testing, Integration, Change Management.
• Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness per SAP standards.
• Lead enterprise cutover planning and execution with clear go/no-go decisions.
• Provide executive leadership during hypercare and stabilization.
• Identify and manage deployment risks, issues, and scope impacts.
• Drive continuous improvement of methodologies, templates, and best practices.
• Champion ELEVATE communications and transformation adoption.
• Mentor country/local deployment resources and promote best practices.
• Ensure audit/validation/compliance through documentation and controls.
