Honeywell Aerospace is transforming its business with a multi-year SAP S/4HANA implementation. We seek a Director - SAP S/4 Acquire to Retire (ATR) Business Process Owner to define future state, drive adoption, and deploy end-to-end processes. You will partner with end-user groups and executives to secure SME engagement and approvals.

The role focuses on standardizing processes, data quality, and cross‑functional collaboration to enable faster, more connected operations across global sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading process transformation and driving adoption among senior leaders.
• Broad hands-on understanding of end-to-end Honeywell Aerospace systems for Capital Asset Management and Maintenance.
• Strong ability to build, leverage, and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment.
• Mindset focused on simplification, fit-to-standard, and eliminating waste.
• Strong data orientation: master data governance and analytics enablement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the future-state design to simplify and standardize operations using S4 as the platform.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision-making with business SMEs and governance bodies.
• Drive business adoption of Fit-to-Standard and challenge unnecessary customization.
• Build business cases for customization, establish baselines, and track benefits realization.
• Mitigate change impacts across global sites and partners for smooth adoption.
• Develop and manage interfaces between SAP and other business systems and processes.
• Partner on master data governance to ensure data quality at the source.
• Drive change management including readiness, stakeholder engagement and training.
