Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Director - SAP S/4 Inventory to Deliver (ItD) Business Process Owner to drive future-state design and adoption readiness across global sites. You will define end-to-end processes, secure SME engagement, and obtain executive approvals to enable a faster, connected enterprise.

You will lead cross‑functional workshops, standardize Fit-to-Standard, build compelling business cases, and manage data governance and master data controls to improve operational transparency

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading process transformation and driving adoption across senior leadership.
• Broad understanding of End-to-End Honeywell Aerospace systems for Logistics and Warehousing.
• Strong ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships to drive decision-making.
• Bias toward simplification, fit-to-standard, and eliminating waste.
• Strong data orientation with governance and analytics readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead future-state process design to standardize operations leveraging S/4HANA.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops, validation, testing, and readiness reviews.
• Drive business adoption of Fit-to-Standard and challenge unnecessary customizations.
• Build business cases, establish baselines, and track benefits realization.
• Manage change across global sites to ensure smooth adoption and risk minimization.
• Maintain interfaces between SAP and other systems; govern master data.
• Lead change management focusing on user experience, readiness, and training.
