Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC is transforming its operations with a multi-year SAP S/4HANA transition. As Director - S/4 Acquire to Retire, you will define future-state processes, secure SME input, and obtain executive approvals to standardize and digitalize end-to-end operations across the enterprise.

You will champion adoption readiness, manage changes, and align business leaders to drive measurable improvements in data quality, process efficiency, and decision-making speed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading process transformation with demonstrated ability to influence change and drive adoption.
• Broad hands-on understanding of End-to-End Honeywell Aerospace systems and processes for Capital Asset Management and Maintenance.
• Strong ability to build, leverage, and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Mindset focused on simplification, Fit-to-Standard, and eliminating waste.
• Strong data orientation: master data governance and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead future-state design that simplifies and standardizes operations using SAP S4 as the deployment platform.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision-making with SMEs for workshops, validation and readiness reviews.
• Drive adoption of Fit-to-Standard and challenge unnecessary customization.
• Build business cases to justify customization needs and track realized benefits.
• Mitigate change impacts across global sites to ensure smooth adoption and minimal risk.
• Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP and other systems.
• Partner on master data governance to ensure data quality at the source.
• Lead change management focused on user experience, readiness, and training.
