Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Advanced Project Management Specialist to lead a high-visibility SAP S/4HANA Finance RTR transformation across global functions. You will connect strategy, design, execution, and governance to deliver a standardized, real-time finance foundation.

You will report to the Sr Director Finance Project Management and operate from Atlanta, GA on a hybrid schedule, shaping major financial processes and controls with senior executives and external partners.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience leading complex global ERP transformations with governance and delivery execution.
Experience leading SAP S/4HANA Finance/RTR implementations and post-go-live stabilization.
Proven success delivering SAFe Agile projects with Jira-based governance and cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational change management and executive communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of the Helix SAP S/4HANA Finance RTR transformation across global functions.
Serve as deputy to the Senior Director, providing leadership support and strategic recommendations.
Drive program planning, priorities, budgets, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
Lead SAFe Agile practices, PI planning, sprint execution, and performance tracking.
Utilize Jira to manage governance, backlog, risks, issues, and reporting.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, IT, Security, Tax, Treasury, and Supply Chain.
