Honeywell Aerospace is launching a major transformation to SAP S/4HANA and seeking a Director - SAP S/4 Inventory to Deliver (ItD) Business Process Owner. You will define end-to-end processes, drive adoption readiness, and secure executive approvals while partnering with global teams to standardize operations.

You will own decision-making for your process, ensure SME engagement, and manage change across sites, with a focus on data governance and seamless integration with other systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading process transformation and driving adoption.
• Experience with end-to-end logistics/warehousing systems.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and align stakeholders.
• Strong data governance and analytics orientation.

Responsibilities

• Design future-state end-to-end SAP ItD processes.
• Lead cross-functional decision-making with SMEs and leaders.
• Advise on Fit-to-Standard adoption and standardization.
• Build business cases and track benefits realization.
• Manage change impacts across global sites and partners.
• Develop interfaces between SAP and other systems.
• Oversee master data governance and data quality.
• Drive user adoption and readiness training.
