• Proven experience leading process transformation with adoption and change.
• Broad hands-on understanding of End-to-End Honeywell Aerospace systems and processes.

• Strong data orientation for master data governance and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a future-state process design that standardizes operations.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision-making with SMEs for workshops and readiness reviews.
• Lead adoption of Fit-to-Standard and minimize unnecessary customization.
• Build business cases to justify customization and track realized benefits.
• Mitigate change impact across global sites and partners.
• Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP and other systems.
• Partner on master data governance and process controls.
• Drive change management including readiness assessments and training.
