Honeywell Aerospace seeks a Director - SAP S/4 Acquire to Retire (ATR) Business Process Owner to lead end-to-end future-state design and adoption for asset management and maintenance processes. You will govern SME engagement, secure executive approvals, and drive standardization across the enterprise.

You will shape data governance, change management, and interfaces between SAP and other systems, ensuring measurable acceleration of decision-making and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading process transformation with demonstrated ability to influence change, overcome resistance, align senior leaders, and drive sustained adoption.
• Broad hands-on understanding of End-to-End Honeywell Aerospace systems for Asset Management and Maintenance.
• Strong ability to build, leverage, and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a future-state process design that simplifies and standardizes business operations.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision-making with business SMEs for workshops, validation, testing, adoption activities, and readiness reviews.
• Lead adoption of Fit-to-Standard and reinforce enterprise process standardization.
• Build business cases to support the need for customization and track realized benefits.
• Anticipate and mitigate change impacts across global sites and partners for smooth adoption.
• Develop and manage interfaces between SAP and other business systems.
• Partner on master data governance to ensure data quality at the source.
• Drive change management focusing on user experience and adoption, including readiness assessments and training.
