Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a Director of Enterprise Organizational Change Management to lead the people and adoption strategy for its S/4HANA transformation across multiple deployments in the United States. You will partner with business leaders, IT, HR, Communications, and learning teams to turn the transformation roadmap into actionable change plans.

The role focuses on readiness, user proficiency, and sustained adoption, measuring progress toward business outcomes and ensuring alignment

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading organizational change for complex, multi-business or global transformations across deployments.
• Ability to influence senior sponsors and translate changes into implications for people, roles and performance.
• Experience establishing measurable readiness and adoption outcomes and acting on evidence when a deployment is at risk.

Responsibilities

• Own the S4 enterprise OCM strategy, multiyear roadmap, standards, governance, and minimum deliverables for each deployment wave.
• Establish executive sponsorship, engagement, coaches, and super users; coach leaders on actions before and after go-live.
• Define stakeholder analysis, readiness, resistance management, training, feedback, adoption, and sustainment.
• Partner with Communications on audience plans, messages, leader communications, and timing.
• Set framework for measuring readiness, training effectiveness, proficiency, adoption, and business value.
• Integrate OCM plans with program processes, data, technology, testing, cutover, and deployment plans; escalate risks when readiness misaligns.
• Direct the OCM scope delivered by external partners for initial deployments including knowledge transfer and transition to internal capability.
• Lead post-go-live listening and reinforcement; use feedback to improve subsequent deployments.
• Build and coach the internal OCM team and wider network of change practitioners.
