Job summary

Honeywell seeks a Director of Business Deployment and Readiness to lead organizational change for deployments of S/4HANA. This leader serves as the primary OCM partner to the lead Strategic Business Group and to business teams in active deployment waves.

The role connects program plans to daily work, ensuring readiness and learning, and guiding go-live support and adoption across sites. The successful candidate partners with training teams, leaders, and process owners to drive time-bound

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering organizational change for major business processes, ERP, or enterprise technology deployments.
• Proven ability to work with business leaders, frontline teams, and cross-functional program teams to assess impacts and achieve readiness.
• Experience with change networks, role-based training, readiness assessments, and go-live or hypercare support.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute an integrated OCM plan for deployments, aligned with milestones.
• Partner with leaders to identify stakeholders, assign owners, and communicate impacts.
• Translate process changes into roles, responsibilities, controls, and daily activities; manage impact assessments.
• Establish a business change network with leads and super users; drive adoption.
