Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in tech or enterprise platforms.
• 5+ years of people leadership, including managing product teams.
• Experience with AI, automation, and digital customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year Salesforce-enabled roadmap.
• Lead Salesforce, AI-enabled capabilities across CRM, order capture, service, and support.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and operations for scalable solutions.
• Drive cross-functional delivery with emphasis on usability, reliability, and performance.
• Align stakeholders, communicate strategy to executives, and measure outcomes.
