Job summary

AT&T is seeking a highly experienced Director of Technical Product Management to own the Salesforce-enabled Retail & Contact Center experience strategy, roadmap, and execution. You will lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, UX, and operations to deliver scalable, AI-driven capabilities enabling sales, provisioning, service, and support for Wireless & Broadband products.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with leadership exposure.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with AI, automation, self-service, workflow orchestration, or digital CX capabilities.
• Strong experience with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
• Telecommunications industry experience across sales, ordering, service delivery, or lifecycle processes.
• Proven ability to define and deliver strategy for complex enterprise platforms.
• Strong technical fluency: APIs, integrations, data models, cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Salesforce-enabled Retail & Contact Center experiences.
• Translate business objectives into scalable platform capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, planning, execution, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with engineering, UX, operations, and business leaders to deliver high-quality capabilities at scale.
• Define success metrics and drive continuous improvement using data and analytics.
