AT&T is seeking an Associate Director-Product Technology to supervise the design, development, and operation of technology solutions supporting the Marketing and Product Organization. The role ensures alignment with strategic objectives and efficient execution of initiatives.

The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, drive the technical roadmap, business cases for new applications and enhancements, and champion customer advocacy across marketing tech platforms and CX solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience supervising cross-functional teams and delivering marketing/product tech projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the design, development, and operation of technology solutions for Marketing and Product.
• Oversee technical projects using Agile methodology with Epic/User Story planning.
• Manage requirements, coding, documentation, testing, and user interactions for system changes.
• Provide training and support to marketing and sales teams and ensure channel readiness.
