Qualifications

Senior-level Salesforce development experience.
Expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM).
Advanced Sales Cloud configuration and automation.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience required.
Journeys, Email Studio, Automations, data extensions.
Strong Apex, JavaScript, LWC, and Flow skills.
Proven integrations, APIs, and ETL experience.
CI/CD/DevOps experience; Copado strongly preferred.
Deep understanding of Salesforce security and data models.
Strong stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions.
Lead CRM Analytics dashboards, dataflows, recipes, and KPIs.
Advanced configuration and optimisation of Sales Cloud.
Design and implement Marketing Cloud journeys and automations.
Develop and manage API integrations and data pipelines.
Own deployments via CI/CD pipelines (Copado preferred).
Ensure data security, integrity, scalability, and performance.
Translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.

Job description

This is a remote position. We are hiring 2 Senior Salesforce Developers to support a large-scale Salesforce program with a strong emphasis on CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) , Sales Cloud , and Salesforce Marketing Cloud .This is a senior, hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise across analytics, core CRM, and marketing automation, with ownership of complex solutions and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL
Lead delivery of CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) dashboards, dataflows, recipes, and KPIs
Advanced configuration and optimisation of Sales Cloud (leads, opportunities, forecasting, reporting)
Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions including journeys, automations, and data extensions
Develop and manage API integrations and external data pipelines
Own deployments via CI/CD pipelines (Copado preferred)
Ensure data security, integrity, scalability, and performance
Translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions
Produce technical documentation and support development best practices
