  • Ensure product decisions are grounded in customer needs, user feedback, market insights, business value, data, and operational feasibility
  • Drive enterprise adoption of Salesforce and CRM capabilities through structured change management, communications, training, leadership alignment, and post-launch support
  • Partner with Sales Enablement, Commercial Operations, Business Unit leaders, and Change Champions to ensure users understand why the platform matters, how to use it, and how it improves commercial execution
  • Coordinate release communications, training plans, stakeholder updates, feedback loops, and adoption barrier resolution
  • Ensure Salesforce and CRM tools are embedded into standard operating rhythms, including pipeline reviews, account planning, customer management, forecasting, pricing workflows, and sales management routines
