Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Director, Product & Delivery: Sales Technology to lead National Direct to Consumer Sales technology, CRM strategy, and back-end integrations across Salesforce and related applications.

In this role you will own the multi-year roadmap, manage budgets and vendor partnerships, ensure compliance and high-quality delivery, and collaborate with senior leaders to drive sales effectiveness and member engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years experience working with senior leadership to deliver cross-regional or multi-disciplinary strategic program management.
• Minimum four (4) years experience in a leadership role with direct reports.
• Minimum three (3) years experience managing operational or project budgets.
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and minimum twelve (12) years experience in project management or a directly related field, including minimum seven (7) years program management experience OR Minimum fifteen (15) years experience in project management or a directly related field including minimum seven (7) years program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs large-scale programs or components with multiple workstreams and strategic goals across departments, functions, or regions.
• Manages program budgets and vendor relationships to deliver against plans and impact metrics.
• Oversees CRM delivery, vendor performance, and release governance for Salesforce and connected applications.
• Ensures adherence to policies, risk management, and change management practices across programs.
