Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
• 10+ years of related sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises a team of engineers to design, implement, and optimize advanced technical sales solutions, ensuring successful customer integration of company products and services.
• Direct and supervise engineers, manage performance, and foster professional development for team growth.
• Provide advanced technical guidance and consultation on designing, customizing, and implementing complex solutions.
• Ensure successful product integration, deliver quality pre/post-sales support, including consulting, demos, and addressing inquiries.
• Lead deployment projects, manage technical sales solutions, align them with business goals and cost objectives, and identify enhancement opportunities.
• Develop training programs, drive continuous improvement, and maintain comprehensive documentation, generating performance reports.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
