AT&T is seeking a Director-Sales System Engineer for an onsite, full-time role based in multiple California locations and Bellevue, WA, with 40 hours per week. You will lead engineers, deliver complex sales solutions, and ensure customer integration and post-sale success.

The role emphasizes leadership of supervisors and career staff, strategic sales planning, and ongoing program documentation. Salary ranges from $148,400 to $238,400 with commissions, and full benefits are offered.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
10+ years of related sales experience.
Experience leading large engineering teams.
Ability to design and implement complex technical sales solutions.
