• 10+ years' experience in management consulting, GTM strategy, planning or sales SE with people leadership.
• Proven track record leading strategy teams and transforming sales organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual/long-range SE plans and GTM playbooks.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Product and Ops to drive growth.
• Provide advisory support to Sales SE leader and partner with cross-functional teams on strategy and operations.
