Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in management consulting, GTM strategy, or sales SE with leadership experience.
• Experience building cross-functional, data-driven strategic plans.
• Proven ability to advise C-suite and lead strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build Annual/Long Range strategic SE plan with GTM playbooks and KPIs.
• Orchestrate End-to-End planning across GTM Strategy, Operations, and Readiness.
• Run the SE cadence and governance for Americas, including run-of-show.
• Partner with revenue operations on compensation and readiness initiatives.
• Identify and lead high-impact strategic SE initiatives across global markets.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to inform GTM strategy and growth levers.
• Advise SE leader on Strategy, Planning & Operations end-to-end.
• Lead a dynamic GTM Strategy Planning & Operations team.
• Leverage AI tooling to accelerate ideation and execution.
• Prepare executive communications and board-ready narratives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for alignment.
• Drive change-management practices within the sales organization.
• Assess spend and prioritization for renewals and growth opportunities.
