AbbVie seeks a Senior Director, APEX Neuroscience Lead to drive the strategic direction and execution of analytics for the APEX Neuroscience Business Unit. You will champion prioritization, coordinate cross-functional teams, and allocate resources to address strategic questions from global pipelines and U.S.

brand and sales teams. The role reports to Commercial leadership up to Business Unit Lead level and requires translating complex business issues into actionable analytical recommendations

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics or Market Research.
• 5+ years leading an analytical function; commercial analytics experience required.
• Proven track record as a strategic advisor to senior Commercial leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to Commercial executives and BU Leads, guiding strategy and decisions.
• Lead and prioritize BU analytical initiatives with high-quality, timely insights.
• Translate brand problems into analytical paths for APEX teams and synthesize insights across functions.
