Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years in sales support, sales operations, or related function; at least 3 years in leadership.
• Proven experience managing teams and driving process improvements in a sales environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales support team, including sales operations, customer service, and sales training functions.
• Develop and implement sales support strategies that align with overall business objectives and drive sales performance.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify process improvements and implement best practices to streamline sales workflows.
• Oversee the management and analysis of sales data to provide actionable insights and support forecasting and planning.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Manage the deployment and adoption of sales tools and technologies to enhance productivity and reporting capabilities.
• Develop training programs and resources to continuously improve the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management to track progress and identify opportunities.
