Base pay range

$190,000.00/yr - $215,000.00/yr

Location: Remote (U.S.)

Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Sales Enablement to build and lead a world-class enablement function that drives performance across our global sales organization.

In this role, you'll be the architect behind how Zywave educates, equips, and empowers its revenue teams. You’ll design a structured, scalable enablement program — from onboarding and product launches to pipeline acceleration and deal strategy — all with one goal: turning potential into performance at every stage of the sales journey.

This is a highly visible leadership role that will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate revenue and elevate the customer conversation.

What You’ll Own

  • Design and implement a modern, metrics-driven onboarding experience with clear milestones and ramp benchmarks across sales roles.
  • Sales Readiness & Product Knowledge:
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Product Management to ensure reps are fully trained and confident on positioning, differentiation, and objection handling — especially during launches or new integrations.
  • Equip reps with the right content at the right time. Optimize tool adoption (e.g., Salesforce, enablement platforms) and ensure alignment across the tech stack.
  • Performance Insights:
  • Track enablement KPIs and sales performance data to continuously optimize programs. Turn insights into action that drives win rates, ACV, and sales velocity.
  • Process Optimization:
  • Identify friction in the sales process and implement training, playbooks, or tools that help reps move deals through the funnel more efficiently.
  • Coaching & Leadership Alignment:
  • Work closely with frontline managers and sales leadership to reinforce best practices and build a culture of continuous learning.

Who You Are

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS sales, enablement, or revenue operations, with 3+ years in a senior enablement leadership role
  • Deep knowledge of the sales lifecycle, methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger), and high-velocity SaaS environments
  • Exceptional communicator and collaborator with experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Product, and Marketing
  • Expert at designing structured, scalable enablement programs rooted in data and performance metrics
  • Proficient in Salesforce, enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic), and sales analytics tools
  • Passionate about coaching, content, and creating clarity for customer-facing teams
  • Experience enabling both new business and account management teams a plus
