About the team
Responsible for providing the sales organization with the information, content, expertise, and tools to help sales people sell more effectively. Optimizes all buyer interactions to build pipelines, relationships, and opportunities, and improve communication. Requires demonstrating knowledge and proficiencies in buyer behavior and your company’s go to market process to create continuous training opportunities through various methods. Create and deliver content, information, and tools to prepare sellers to deliver on company business goals including building client relationships, identifying client need, how company products and services can meet client need and capturing opportunities within their accounts. Uses sales metrics to identify and quantify effective sales strategies. Will continually evaluate and deploy new and improved deployment methods. Typically collaborates with Marketing and Sales Operations to create content and track and measure operations and performance.

This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
