Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of New Business Sales to lead strategy and execution in new business acquisition. The role focuses on helping clients improve their customer experience (CX) using Genesys Cloud, Google CES, and Amazon Connect. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic relationships with key industry players.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the New Business Sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets aligned with company goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand the client base by selling IT Technical and Managed Services with a Cloud Service Provider and CX focus.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders at Google, Amazon, Genesys, and other major CX providers.
- Hire, lead, and mentor sales professionals, helping them achieve quotas, conduct quarterly reviews, and identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with marketing to generate outbound demand and coordinate with delivery and sourcing departments.
- Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
- Perform additional duties as required for this role.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years leading high-performing sales teams in Cloud Service Provider, CX, or IT Services sectors.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets, closing complex deals, managing large accounts, and negotiating high-value contracts.
- Deep understanding of the Cloud Service Provider and CX industry, including key players, trends, and technologies.
- Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies for new client acquisition and revenue growth across international markets.
- Knowledge of managed services offerings for CSPs.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client, partner, and colleague relationships.
