Sales Director - Cybersecurity | Remote (East Coast, U.S.)

A cutting-edge Cyber-AI company is looking for a Sales Director to lead sales initiatives across the East Coast. This is a remote opportunity for an individual contributor who thrives in high-impact roles and is ready to shape the future of exposure management and attack surface security.

About the Company

Our client is an AI-powered cybersecurity company specializing in Attack Surface Management (ASM) and threat detection. With a proprietary unified platform, they deliver a unified solution to replace fragmented legacy tools.

Operating across industries such as telecommunications, manufacturing, retail, and IT services, this company is redefining how organizations secure their digital environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive new business sales across the East Coast (NY, DC, Boston, etc.)
• Build strong relationships with CISOs and security leadership at enterprise-level accounts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical pre-sales and marketing
• Report directly to the VP of Sales (West Coast-based)

Candidate Requirements

• Based on the East Coast (remote)
• Proven track record in cybersecurity sales, preferably in Attack Surface Management or Exposure Management
• Strong experience closing seven-figure ARR deals
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor
• Ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and build trusted relationships with stakeholders
• Base: U$150K – U$190K, OTE: $300K-$380K (50/50)
