Reworld Waste, LLC is seeking an experienced Director of Sales & Operations Planning in Florham Park, NJ. You will align commercial demand, capacity, and financial objectives across East Region facilities.

This role leads the S&OP process, balancing customer demand, waste flow, and facility capabilities to drive informed business decisions. Reporting to the CFO/VP Finance East Region, you will guide cross-functional teams, optimize inventory, and support budgeting and forecasting with analytics

Qualifications

• MBA required in a related discipline with a focus on supply chain or finance.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in supply chain/S&OP.
• Experience leading a mature S&OP process and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the S&OP process across multiple facilities.
• Facilitate monthly S&OP cycles with demand and supply planning.
• Analyze demand-related issues and drive cross-functional decision-making.
• Provide input to long-term planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Develop and monitor metrics for planning effectiveness and inventory.
