Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Director of Sales & Operations Planning in Florham Park, NJ to align commercial demand, capacity, and financial objectives. Qualifications

Engage senior leadership in S&OP discussions to align priorities and decisions.
Facilitate monthly demand and supply planning cycles with cross-functional input.
Analyze demand-related issues using data-driven methods and collaboration.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning activities.
Proficient in ERP, forecasting, and inventory planning concepts.
Strong Excel and data analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead S&OP across East Region facilities coordinating Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain.
Drive senior leadership engagement and consensus in S&OP planning.
Facilitate monthly S&OP cycle including demand and supply planning.
Analyze demand issues and drive data-driven decisions.
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
Support supply chain initiatives and continuous improvement.
