Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Product Developer – Tech (PD-T) to drive the next generation of home robots. You will act as a product CEO for robot platforms, partnering with engineering, software, UX, quality, and commercial teams to deliver best-in-class consumer experiences.

The role requires 4–5+ years in robotics or related tech, a BS in Engineering/CS/Robotics, and strong communication and program management skills.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience in product development, robotics, software/hardware engineering, or a related technical field.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related discipline.
• Deep understanding of robotics technologies (navigation, perception, embedded systems, connectivity) and a passion for consumer robotics.
• Strong communication and proven project management skills with cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive robot product roadmap and lead technical requirements for robot platforms.
• Define and iterate product specifications with engineering, software, UX, quality, and commercial teams.
• Collaborate with global teams to move from prototype to mass production.
• Lead competitive benchmarking and legacy product stewardship to inform future development.
