Responsibilities

• Own new product development from brainstorm through mass production.
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of product developers.
• Define product specs at the intersection of consumer needs and technology.
• Set design targets for performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with Insights & Intelligence on consumer testing.
• Partner with testing and quality to define standards.
• Manage cost structure and sourcing strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Guide go-to-market collateral and post-purchase support content.
• Serve as the category expert for cross-functional initiatives.
