Zusammenfassung

Trustly seeks a senior product leader to own the risk decisioning and collections platforms, driving real-time scoring, policy rules, and regulatory alignment. The role oversees risk operations tooling, vendor integrations, and cross-functional collaboration with Risk Engineering.

You will manage the Data & Risk operating rhythm, plan annual/quarterly priorities, and report to leadership while shaping AI-driven workflows and automation across the risk stack.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in product management, including at least 5 years leading risk, fraud or collections products in payments or financial services.
• Experience building real-time decisioning platforms and rule authoring with simulation and rollback.
• Experience shipping ML-driven products with data science teams.

Aufgaben

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the risk decisioning and collections platforms, tied to approval rate, loss and recovery rate.
• Lead real-time decisioning engine features, latency, availability, and self-serve rule authoring with versioning.
• Oversee risk operations tooling, alerts, queues, and vendor integrations within collections regulations.
• Partner with Risk Engineering on architecture, release planning, and cross-platform prioritization.
• Translate regulatory obligations into product requirements with Compliance and Legal.
