Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee the full operational infrastructure for clients and Servicing Financial Advisor teams. You will manage all back-office processes including account maintenance, onboarding, trading, billing, reconciliation, and vendor integrations, while ensuring regulatory readiness and risk alignment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; relevant credentials preferred such as Series 65/66 or CFP.
7+ years of RIA or wealth management operations experience, including launching or scaling an RIA.
Strong hands-on experience with Schwab Advisor Center and custodial operations.
Experience designing and scaling operational systems and workflows in a growing firm.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all RIA back-office operations with focus on accuracy, efficiency, and member experience.
Oversee onboarding, account maintenance, trading, billing, and reconciliation workflows.
Maintain custodial relationships with Schwab and ensure regulatory readiness and risk controls.
Drive automation and scalable processes to support growth and acquisitions.
Coach, mentor, and develop the Operations and Financial Advisor teams.
