Job summary

Brex is hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to own the operating model for our AE, SDR, and Partnerships motions. You will report into the Head of Revenue Operations as a strategic leader, setting the coverage model, incentive architecture, and operating cadence for the teams you support, and is accountable for their overall performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in RevOps or sales operations, with 2+ years leading managers.
• Fintech or SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong analytics and data storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize cadences for forecasting, pipeline, capacity planning, and quota setting.
• Lead and develop a team of RevOps managers and ICs.
• Present to senior leaders on strategy, performance, and analyses.
• Drive annual GTM planning with finance and other partners.
• Partner with enablement, data, finance, systems, marketing, and operations to implement improvements.
• Identify efficiency opportunities using AI or other tools.
• Oversee incentive design and coverage models at scale.
