Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Revenue Operations to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will shape revenue operations strategy, partnering closely with senior sales leadership to strengthen forecasting, planning, and operating models that support growth. You will lead a team focused on new business, SDR, and partnership support while driving cross-functional execution across GTM functions. The position will also influence incentive design, reporting, and process improvements that improve efficiency and decision-making across the revenue organization.

Location: Salt Lake City, UT - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $228,000 – $285,000 annually
