Valet Living is hiring a Director of Revenue Marketing & Enablement to bridge strategy and execution, equipping Sales teams with the tools, insights, and outreach strategies they need to win. Reporting to the Vice President of Strategic Marketing, this role is a key player in aligning Marketing and Sales, enabling scalable growth, and turning bold ideas into real results. If you’re a data-driven leader who thrives on translating insights into impact, this is your chance to lead where strategy meets performance.

Compensation & Work Environment Details:

  • Salary Range: $105,000 - $155,000
  • Bonus Target: 15% of annual salary
  • Location: Remote with up to 20% travel as needed

What You’ll Do:

Lead Sales Enablement Strategy:

  • Develop and own a scalable, data-backed sales enablement program that equips sales teams with messaging, tools, playbooks, and training.
  • Translate high-level sales objectives into actionable enablement strategies in close collaboration with Sales leadership and the VP of Strategic Marketing.
  • Drive adoption of sales enablement platforms and technology to improve productivity and selling effectiveness.
  • Lead content creation and asset management to ensure timely, aligned materials across the buyer journey.
  • Design onboarding and continuous learning experiences for Sales teams.

Drive Strategic Outreach Execution:

  • Build and lead multi-channel outreach campaigns to generate high-quality leads and warm pipeline opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Automation and Integrated Marketing to test and optimize outreach initiatives.
  • Establish lead qualification criteria and improve the handoff process between Marketing and Sales.
  • Analyze campaign performance and refine tactics based on insights, A/B tests, and industry best practices.

Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team:

  • Manage and mentor a team responsible for outreach, sales strategy, market engagement, and analytics.
  • Set strategic goals and KPIs, provide coaching and feedback, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
  • Oversee resource allocation and budget management aligned with marketing and revenue objectives.

Own Market Intelligence & Data-Driven Insights:

  • Guide the collection and analysis of market intelligence, including personas, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies that fuel go-to-market plans and sales execution.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs related to lead generation, sales efficiency, and outreach performance.

Collaborate Across the Business:

  • Partner with Sales leadership to ensure marketing initiatives directly support pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing Automation, Integrated Marketing, and Client Success to align messaging, timing, and strategy.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Strategic Marketing to align all sales enablement and outreach efforts with broader marketing plans.

What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing with an emphasis on sales enablement, outreach strategy, and pipeline development, preferably in B2B or B2B2C service-based industries.
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling sales enablement and outreach functions that directly drive revenue.
  • Experience managing teams, campaigns, and cross-functional projects.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Expertise in CRM (Salesforce), sales enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic, Highspot), and marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, Marketo).
  • Deep understanding of the sales cycle and the tools, content, and programs that accelerate deals.
  • Highly analytical and metrics-driven, with the ability to turn data into insight and action.
  • Excellent communication, influence, and change management skills.
  • Experience aligning marketing programs with every stage of the buyer journey.

The final compensation offered will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's location, level of experience, and skill set. As such, it may fall outside the range listed above.
