About the Role
OpenLoop is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to join our team remotely or at our HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across our marketing, sales, and customer success teams. This key leadership role will focus on optimizing marketing lead flow, demand generation processes, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) mapping, and leveraging data-driven insights to ensure scalable growth. Additionally, you will manage the deal desk and quote approval processes, while serving as the Chief of Staff to the CCO, supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment across revenue-generating functions.

$150,000 — $175,000 USD
