Job summary

Trackunit is seeking a data leadership role to own data, reporting, and decision support across the GTM organization. This is a deeply analytical, strategic leadership position with executive visibility and a mandate to build from the ground up.

As Senior GTM Analytics Leader, you will chair data governance, forecasting, and scenario analyses, partnering with Data Scientist and GTM teams to shape revenue planning. Flexible remote/hybrid work offered in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM analytics in a high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Strong analyst first, able to structure questions and deliver defensible answers.
• Experience building reporting infrastructure from ground up.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM data governance and single source of truth for revenue and forecasting.
• Develop analytical narratives with scenario models and sensitivity analyses.
• Lead forecasting and revenue planning across regions and pods.
• Provide self-serve analytics and improve stakeholder visibility.
• Mentor analysts and design scalable data infrastructure.
