Job summary

Veradigm is seeking an Operational Excellence Consultant to lead a small team while handling a personal engagement load across the client lifecycle. You will own solution design across pre-sales discovery, activation, and escalation resolution, and travel domestically to client sites as needed.

The role requires translating revenue cycle requirements into defensible proposals, ensuring scoping accuracy at the point of sale, and maintaining solution stability through early production months.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of physician practice revenue cycle operations and related processes.
• Ability to translate client findings into scope, pricing inputs, and delivery plans.
• Experience presenting to executives and managing client-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with prospective clients and document current state operations and pricing implications.
• Collaborate with Sales on proposal targeting and scope alignment.
• Own content in proposals, sales presentations, and executive meetings.
• Review terms with delivery risk and escalate unfeasible terms before contract sign.
• Guide implementation discovery and validate assumptions against client environments.
• Design future-state workflows across practice management, clearinghouse, and reporting.
• Support implementation through build, testing, and data validation.
• Lead activation readiness and go-live support at client sites.
