Job summary

Veradigm is seeking an AVP, RCM Operations to lead a portfolio of Revenue Cycle Services clients. You will drive profitability, KPI/SLA attainment, retention and expansion, and serve as the executive sponsor for key accounts.

This hybrid role requires coordinating with US and India delivery teams and guiding a diverse team of Client Executives and delivery staff. You will forecast staffing, manage performance, and partner with Legal/Finance on disputes, while leveraging data analytics and AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) including multi-client operations.
• 5+ years ambulatory practice operations or physician RCM experience.
• 5+ years of financial management with direct P&L or portfolio accountability.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing client-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own financial performance of a client portfolio including revenue, gross margin and cost to serve.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs; lead corrective action when performance slips.
• Forecast labor requirements and partner with delivery leadership on staffing and quality.
• Report portfolio performance, risks and forecasts monthly to RCS leadership.
• Maintain executive relationships and act as sponsor for key accounts.
• Identify expansion opportunities and support sales with discovery and pricing input.
• Oversee onboarding of new clients and integration of RCS services.
