Job summary

Veradigm Inc. is seeking an AVP, RCM Operations to lead a portfolio of Revenue Cycle Services clients, overseeing financial performance, client outcomes, and growth.

The role partners with US and India delivery teams to ensure portfolio profitability, KPI attainment, and executive-level client relationships. The AVP will guide a team of Client Executives, manage escalations, and drive operational excellence with a focus on payer rules, regulatory changes, and cost-to-collect optimization.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of ambulatory revenue cycle and KPI dashboards.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret contracts.
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio financial performance including revenue, gross margin and cost to serve.
• Maintain KPI/SLA adherence and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Forecast labor requirements and collaborate with delivery leadership on staffing and quality.
• Report portfolio performance and risks to RCS leadership monthly.
• Build and maintain executive client relationships and renewal strategies.
• Identify expansion opportunities and support Sales with new business.”
