Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 7+ years of revenue cycle experience with 3+ years in management/leadership.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or similar improvement methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the development, management and implementation of the revenue cycle's Reporting and Analytics program.
• Advance operational effectiveness through oversight of reporting and analytics for revenue cycle operations.
• Develop standardized root-cause-analysis processes to identify factors behind adverse outcomes and create action plans.
• Maintain relationships with Piedmont Healthcare leadership to identify and communicate performance improvement opportunities.
