Hyundai Motor Company is seeking a Director, Retail Performance to lead critical programs that boost sales, engage dealers, and improve profitability across Hyundai's retail network. The role requires strategic leadership with both field and corporate HQ experience to drive program success.

The position oversees incentive planning, residual value optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with Product Planning, Pricing, and PDO, ensuring compliance and ROI across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate.
• Fifteen or more years of relevant experience, including at least eight years in Automotive Industry.
• Seven or more years of supervisory experience desired.
• Proven ability to move projects forward and negotiate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Performance Engagement Program end-to-end — methodology, monthly objective setting, performance tracking, and budget management.
• Drive CUV volume targets through incentive strategy, marketing, and dealer engagement.
• Partner with Product Planning, Product Development, and Pricing to optimize residual values and align trim/spec strategies.
• Build and implement a national/regional incentive planning tool to optimize budget allocation and regional incentives.
