Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States seeks a senior real estate and M&A leader to shape portfolio strategy and execute multi-site acquisitions, from underwriting through store integration. You will drive strategic deals, lead cross-functional teams, and partner with Finance, Legal, Operations and Development to maximize long-term value across the BSRO network.

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, law or a related field.
Extensive experience evaluating and executing complex real estate, portfolio or M&A transactions.
Strong financial modeling, valuation and investment-return analysis.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute investment and portfolio strategies aligned with BSRO’s long-term network growth and enterprise objectives.
Lead real estate acquisitions and portfolio transactions, including multi-site opportunities, from evaluation through closing and integration.
Direct due diligence and regulatory approvals; structure and negotiate complex transactions with multiple locations and counterparties.
Provide strategic recommendations on capital allocation across acquisitions and portfolio investments.
