Job summary

HCLTech seeks a seasoned Retail Analytics Leader to drive data-driven decision-making across merchandising, stores, e-commerce, and supply chain. You will align business objectives with analytics, define data domains and governance, and partner with analytics teams to deliver dashboards and insights.

You will shape KPIs, demand forecasting, inventory analytics, and omnichannel strategies, while guiding AI/GenAI use cases to unlock business value.

Qualifications

• 20 years in retail, e-commerce, consumer goods, or omnichannel retail.
• Deep understanding of category management, promotions, and inventory planning.
• Experience with data lakes, warehouses, BI and reporting solutions, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as retail data/analytics domain expert to align merchandising, stores, ecommerce, supply chain and marketing.
• Define data domains, governance, standards and business ownership.
• Translate business objectives into data/analytics requirements.
• Partner with analytics teams to build dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Support customer segmentation, personalization, and omnichannel initiatives.
• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for demand, inventory, and fulfillment.
• Drive data quality initiatives across product, customer, inventory, and supplier data.
• Identify AI and GenAI use cases for retail operations and guide model development.
• Facilitate workshops and ensure cross-functional prioritization.
