Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Student Affairs, Higher Education Leadership, Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum three years in housing or student life with conduct oversight, including Title IX.
• Knowledge of Clery, FERPA, fire safety, and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for residential facilities, occupancy, safety, and documentation.
• Oversee housing assignments, room changes, and residential rosters.
• Serve as Chief Judicial Officer for student conduct and Title IX Deputy Coordinator.
• Coordinate crisis response and on-call rotation; partner with campus safety and leadership.
