Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in intercollegiate athletics, athletic administration, event management, student affairs, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with student-athletes, coaches, administrators, and external partners.
• Proficiency with standard office and technology applications.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team travel arrangements for athletic contests, tournaments, and championships.
• Develop travel itineraries and communicate travel details to coaches, teams, and vendors.
• Oversee ticketing operations and admissions for home events.
• Manage ticketing platform, pricing, will-call, and guest services.
• Assist Director of Athletics with daily department operations and SAAC activities.
• Support scheduling, facilities, budgeting, compliance, and event management.
• Represent athletics professionally with students, families, alumni, and partners.
