Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in healthcare research or analytics, preferably client-facing.
• Demonstrated client relationship management and ability to translate questions into a research plan.
• Experience conducting end-to-end RWE/HEOR studies using descriptive and causal inference methods.
• AI-native fluency or willingness to adapt and use AI/LLM tools to accelerate research.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to distill findings for technical and executive audiences.
• Proven track record of leading research projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute research studies using real-world healthcare data and AI-enabled techniques.
• Lead client discussions, present findings, and adjust analyses based on feedback.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights through reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research into product development and strategy.
• Evaluate and pilot new AI tools (including Marmot) to improve speed and quality of research.
