You will collaborate with sales and field leaders, using data and pricing tools to guide decisions on fleet investments and strategic expansion. This role demands 10+ years of leadership in asset-heavy operations and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading rental fleet management in asset-intensive industries.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Proven track record in fleet lifecycle planning and asset disposition.
• Direct P&L ownership with collaborative leadership style.
